Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of product quality issues. If you receive a defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Kindly email us at info@innerjoymindfulness.com within 14 days of purchase, providing photos of the defective product. We will promptly contact you to resolve the issue.

Please be aware that our return and exchange policy does not cover the following situations:

• Personalized and custom-made items
• Perishable items (such as flowers)
• Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons
• AudioBooks/MP3s are non-refundable.
